Our Terms of Business are designed to provide you with clear details of the basis on which we will carry out your business and are set out below. As a firm we started provided our Clients with formal Terms of Business over 15 years ago in order to provide our clients with clarity as to the basis on which we acted for them together with useful background information as to their transaction, and nowadays the Law Society of Scotland has even adopted this in its practice rules by requiring all firms to issue Terms of Business for most forms of transaction!
